A new larger size Innowalk for Bedelsford School

The Victoria Foundation awarded a grant of £20,854 towards the new Innowalk Pro at Bedelsford Special School in Kingston

The Victoria Foundation was delighted to attend a MOVE celebration day at Bedelsford Special School where the new Innowalk Pro was unveiled. It was wonderful to see and hear how big a difference this specialist equipment will make to so many young lives.

The support we have had from The Victoria Foundation to date has had a transformatory effect on many of the young people who attend Bedelsford school. We have seen increased mobility and increased confidence for many of our pupils after using the Large Innowalk Pro which was very generously funded by The Victoria Foundation earlier this year.

We are currently raising funds for a new school minibus which will require specialist adaptations in order to ensure pupils can safely access the local community and be more fully included in the world that they live in. Thanks to the support from the Victoria Foundation these aspirations can be made real and help ensure that Bedelsford pupils can reach their full potential.
— Emmet Murphy, Principal of Bedelsford Special School

TVF’s grant was possible through the generosity of those who supported our annual ball in December 2024.

The Victoria Foundation is delighted to have pledged, an additional grant, of £25,000 towards a new accessible minibus for Bedelsford School from the donation we will receive from being one of the beneficiary charities of St George's Hill Golf Club for 2025 - a huge thank you to the Lady Captain Nikki Williams for her support.
